Gun House was either a conversion or an existing building or an entirely new building in 'warehouse style' by Barratt East London. Either way the Gun House development took place in 1985 in conjunction with the warehouse conversions of Gun Wharf and Gun Place, and the building of Bridewell Place.
I don't have any information on who owns the freehold of Gun House and who is responsible for maintenance, management and service charges.
History. New build or conversion by Barratt East London in 1985. Frank Timothy and Crawley Hodgson, architects.
Flats. 9 flats.
Parking. Secure undergound parking (not allocated) at Gun House.
Special facilities. None.
Freehold. Probably an external freeholder.
Management. When there is an external freeholder, it usually means that the management, maintenance and service charges are organised by the freeholder as landlord. OM Peverel are the managing agents.
